TMRW is south London’s largest shared workspace hub for tech and creative businesses. Run by tech entrepreneur Francois Mazoudier, it hosts regular networking and angel investor events, as well as providing meeting rooms and event spaces.

Renaissance

Renaissance is one of Croydon’s newest office buildings, located in the heart of the town’s central business district. The building has competitive rental rates starting at £22 per sq ft with a range of floor plate sizes available. Two minutes’ walk from East Croydon station. Interchange

Companies will have to move quickly to snap up the remaining 55,000 sq ft of office space available at Croydon’s Interchange. NLA Tower

Knollys House & Stephenson House

Knollys and Stephenson House are two connected office buildings located on Cherry Orchard Road, less than a minute walk from East Croydon Station. Current tenants include The Body Shop, which moved its HQ to Croydon in 2017, Mitsubishi Electric and American Express.
