Renaissance is one of Croydon’s newest office buildings, located in the heart of the town’s central business district. The building has competitive rental rates starting at £22 per sq ft with a range of floor plate sizes available. Two minutes’ walk from East Croydon station. Companies will have to move quickly to snap up the remaining 55,000 sq ft of office space available at Croydon’s Interchange.
