What zone is Victoria Station in London?
It is located south of Victoria Street, east of Buckingham Palace Road and west of Vauxhall Bridge Road. Several different railways lead into the station line by way of Grosvenor Bridge from the south west, south and south east. It is in Travelcard Zone 1 and is one of 19 stations managed by Network Rail.

Is Victoria London safe?
Victoria is as safe as anywhere in Zone 1 but it is not especially exciting in terms of places to eat and drink and places to go at night. When I stayed there I usually went to other areas to eat.

As a general rule a Travelcard is more expensive than an Oyster card or Contactless payment card. The exception is if you make 3 or more journeys for 6 days or more within a 7 day period. Otherwise an Oyster on a Pay As You Go basis or a Contactless payment card is cheaper.

If your journey starts at any Piccadilly station north of Finsbury Park and you’re heading into central London, change at Finsbury Park for a cross-platform interchange to the Victoria Line.
